How to add a property to your account

Go to app.vertpro.com

Click on " Add Property"

Type "Building Name" in highlighted field

Type the address of your property in highlighted field

Select the types of Energy that are used at your property

Type in the number of Electrical accounts at the property

Type in the number of Gas accounts at the property

Click on "Choose... building occupancy rate and select the % of the building that is occupied

Type the square footage of your property in highlighted field

Type the year your property was built in highlighted field

Click on "Select Property Type"

Choose the type of property from the list.

You can select multiple property types by pressing the blue + next to the Property Type heading. However, you have to ensure that the % of total sq. footage adds up to 100%.
